Appointments - The good life without gluten Clementine Oliver

On July 7, 2014, at 11:30 am, Clémentine received the results of her cooking CAP exam, and at 2:00 pm she left her position as Clinical Psychologist at the Pitié Salpêtrière Hospital (a job she had held for 15 years).

This was a decisive turning point in her life, bringing her back to the source: her fine family line of cooks, and daring to do what she loves best: gluten-free bread and delicacies.
