I regret to announce the death of Thierry de Coligny, iconic chef de maison at Les Pins.

He died suddenly yesterday following a heart attack. The funeral will take place on Saturday in Bourth (27).

For me, this is a great loss. A just man, with the values of hard work and righteousness at heart.
